Scholarships for Students residing in the Palestinian Territories
The University of Urbino Carlo Bo participates in the CRUI Project - IUPALS, offering scholarships for students residing in the Palestinian Territories. A total of 2 scholarships will be awarded to students from the Palestinian Territories who enroll in a Bachelor's (3-year), Master's (2-year), or Single-Cycle Master's (5-year) degree program with free access at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo for the 2025/2026 academic year.
The scholarship is provided for each academic year in accordance with the legal duration of the chosen program starting from the 2025/2026 academic year.
Composition of the scholarship
- Full exemption from university registration fees for the 2025/2026 academic year and all subsequent academic years of the degree program (3-year, 2-year, or 5-year), excluding the stamp duty (€16.00) and regional contribution for the Right to University Education (€140.00).
- Coverage of the health insurance system registration fee for each calendar year until the completion of the degree
- Food and lodging.
- Pocket money

- Welcoming, orientation, integration into the university and social context
- Cultural and leisure activities organized by the University
- University Eduroam Wi-Fi access
- Administrative assistance for university registration
- Psychological support services
- Tutoring

Admission requirements
- Residency in the Palestinian Territories.
- Possession of a qualification that allows enrollment in the 2025/2026 academic year in a Bachelor's (3-year), Single-Cycle Master's (5-year), or Master's (2-year) program with free access at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo.
- Candidates must not be pre-enrolled at any other Italian university on the Universitaly platform
Application submission
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the form at this link https://uniurb.elixforms.it/rwe2/module_preview.jsp?MODULE_TAG=IUPALS_APPLICATION by 23:59 on May 30, 2025 and uploading the following documents:
- A copy of the passport.
- Curriculum vitae et studiorum.
- A copy of the degree certificate, legalization of the final diploma, and Declaration of Value, or alternatively, CIMEA certificates (Certificate of Comparability and Verification Certificate) it/international/requirements-and-documentation. If the original diploma is in English, French, or Spanish, an official Italian translation is not required.
