Nomination and Application
Partner Universities are invited to send to UniUrb the nominations of the selected students sharing surname, name, date of birth and contact via email at erasmus.incoming@uniurb.it within the 31st of May for first semester/year students and within the 30th of September for second semester students.
Selected students will be then contacted by Uniurb and receive all relevant information on application procedures, academic calendar, course catalogue and deadlines.

Academic calendar
The first semester approximately starts in mid-September and ends in mid-February (including welcoming events and exam sessions), whilst the second semester approximately starts in mid-February and ends in mid-July (including welcoming events and exam sessions).

Course Catalogue
Mobility students are allowed to select courses from our entire academic offer, being aware that their choices must fit their study area and learning agreement.

Italian language courses
UniUrb does not require any Italian language certificate of proficiency, but highly recommends you to have a B1 (CEFR) as the language of instruction is Italian for the great majority of the courses.
We do offer both an Intensive Italian and an Extensive Italian language course to all incoming students for free.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be found autonomously via rental agencies. The International Mobility Office will provide you with tips and suggestions before your arrival.
You also have the opportunity to be helped by a voluntary student of our Buddy Programme or the student association dedicated to incoming students ESN Urbino Erasmus Student Network http://urbino.esn.it.
