Learning Objectives

The course aims to analyze the relationship between psychology and law and arguments of greatest scientific collaboration and expert, both in children (custody of children in cases of separation, etc.) And in that of adults (psychological damage, suitability parental, etc.).
During the lectures will be organized meetings with some operators (judges, lawyers, technical consultants, operators prisons), as well as the cases discussed.
The teaching focuses on the issues of forensic psychology in civil and penal field, placing itself as a complement to the teaching of "Psychology of marginality and deviance" of the second year that focuses instead on the issues in criminal cases.

2. Purpose and methodology of the expertise in the legal field
3. The separation and divorce of the spouses and the custody of children
4. The national and international adoption and foster care eterofamiliare
5. The evaluation of the damage to the person
6.  The penitentiary psychology and prison conditions
7. The communication and interpersonal relations in the judicial context

In relation to the Forensic Psychology students must show possession:
- Mastery of the knowledge of specialized disciplines;
- The understanding of the advanced concepts of the discipline;
- The ability to use knowledge and concepts to think independently on the issues of the discipline.
