Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Lo student must show mastery of knowledge regarding: the organization of tissues and anatomical bases necessary for a proper understanding of the functioning of the human body with special attention to the phenomena related to nutrition and to the growth of the organism.
The student must show an understanding of the basics of functioning of organs and systems by identifying their principal role in the maintenance of the organism.
The Student must show possession of the ability to use the knowledge gained by demonstrating to reason according to the specific logic of the discipline. Must be able to identify the functional correlations between multiple organs looked forward some hypotheses of dietary implications.

- Course books
Recommended textbooks:
for the part of Histology / Microscopic Anatomy: Biologia dei Tessuti. Colombo-Olmo Edi. Ermes, Milano
for the part of Human Anatomy: Anatomia dell'Uomo Ambrosi et al. Edi. Ermes, Milano
- Assessment
It will carry out a test of learning during the first cycle (Histology) and after school (Human Anatomy) to assess the level of learning on the entire course program.
The methods of assessment are to only oral exam
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
