Learning Objectives
Play has always had a fundamental role in the growth and development of children and it also has benefits for adults and the elderly. The creation and development of an active and positive personality must be guaranteed by carrying out various activities of play, of animation and of socialization with theoretical, technical and didactic bases adapted to different needs.
Program
Play and its typologies Promotion of rights. Children’s rights to play. Play in adults and the elderly. The rules of play – expressive-body play - Educational and recreational services. Associations. Animation. Meaning of group and group behaviour. Planning and programming play and animated activities. Meaning of free time and occupied time: organization. Optimization of activities. Long-life learning. Assessment of results, of training results, Assesment of process and system. Aims, contents, methodology, actions. Services for integration and respect for different cultures, Social roles. Personality styles. Role of educator. Structure of play and animated planning.

Regarding the subject in hand the student must show they have:
- acquired the basic theoretical and technical knowledge taught
-understood advanced concepts: hypotheses, teaching formulations
the ability to use their knowledge and concepts in order to autonomously work out problems through planning and applying teaching sequences.

Open written test and oral examination.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
