Learning Objectives

The course ojective is to give the comlelte knowledge about the working pricniples of evaluation and rehabilitation machines in sport, with final pratical applications in training programs

In particular:

- to know and to be able to use gym and pool equipments and machines, with applications to differents people (top-level atheltes, motor activities pratictionners)

- to know and to apply work programs with sport machines

- to know and to manage some assesmnt procedures with specific machines in sport

- Basics of working machine

- Assesment equipments and machines

- Dinamometers

- Ergometers

- Gym equipments and machines

- Pool equipment and machines

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)

At the and of the course the student must:

- to know the pinciples of machine and ergometers working in sport and motor activities

- to be able to use and to do exercise programs with machines in diferent sports and situations

- to manage evaluation programs with machines

-  to know the specific equipment and machine for sport pratictionners with different charateristics

- to apply pratical applications 

- to show how some machines work

- to know how to search innovations and news applications
