Learning Objectives

Acquisition of knowledge and skills related to the methodology and teaching of various activities carried out in the natural environment such as:

- Trekking

- Jogging

- Nordic walking

- Standing

- Orientation

- Functional fitness

- Practice with unusual tools; life paths

Program

- Technique and didactics of the various disciplines that can be practiced in a natural environment (with particular reference to trekking and Nordic walking).

- Interactions of motor activity with the territory (multidisciplinary aspect of motor activity in the natural environment).

- Guided excursions in the natural environment (park and nature reserves).

- Evaluation of the intensity of the workload by detecting heart rate, the perception of effort and energy expenditure associated with the performance of various motor activities in the natural environment..

- Scientific research on motor activities (Trekking and Nordic Walking) aimed at the acquisition and analysis of data collected "in the field".

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it
