Learning Objectives
Themes
The aim of the Masters is to:
- guarantee a training path focused on the critical aspects of change in public administrations, with the use of an inter-disciplinary method based on economic-business and law courses to ensure training and updating and to complete own knowledge in the public sector;
- encourage the cultural increase of staff employed in public administrations, so that legislative developments, such as the decentralisation process for administrative departments, administrative integration of the European Union, and management techniques in public administration can be addressed by civil servants with specific, specialised knowledge and with suitable analysis and problem solving tools.
