Learning Objectives

In last years the issues related to corporate communication have been overwhelmed by a real revolution that is redesigning the traditional paradigms.

The upheaval is no longer attributable only to media schedules, but to the fact that each activity must be designed outside and inside the Net. Today and more than ever in the near future, whoever cares for communication will be forced to rethink their skills in light of new ways and unprecedented sensibilities with which will more and more drive brand strategies, marketing projects, internal communication and public relations.

The course aims to expand this kind of knowledge, to go in depth on the design criteria that define the new relationship between companies, institutions, brands and their target audiences. In particular, the course will focus on the themes that allow to facilitate the impact on the community, the sustainability of its businesses and the relationship with all stakeholders involved.

The course is aimed at students, recent graduates who are looking for a position in the area of Communication, Corporate Social Responsability, Public Relations, Human Resources.

Finally, it is intended, as well as recommended, for professionals who want to update their skills, within a more contemporary scenario which is made increasingly urgent by the new economic, social and cultural agendas.
