In collaboration with our local distributors, such as “Grit From The House Of Jet” in Belgium-Luxemburg, we have an exciting opportunity for students who want to start their careers in international sales and marketing. Apply if you are interested in participating in the international growth of iconic Italian Brands such as Amaro Montenegro, Select Aperitivo, and Vecchia Romagna, in key cities around Europe (Bruxelles, Berlin, Munich, Vienna, Bucharest).
The role: Brand Activator trainee
Commercially driven with a good understanding of marketing principles, passionate about the alcohol industry, and building premium lifestyle Italian brands.
The Brand Activator Trainee:
• has a passion for and enjoys being part of building premium brands.

• has excellent and professional communication skills.
• loves meeting new people, nightlife, and events.
• has an entrepreneurial spirit.
• build a strong network and work as a team player.
• is good at planning and delivering excellent reporting.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of all marketing/trade marketing field activity of the assigned area to maximize brand impact.
Build and develop strong relationships with strategic customers (premium bars and restaurants) to implement and roll out trade marketing guidelines.
Attend events and brand activations and support the distributors in their organization.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of at least one of the following languages: English, German, French
Application to Erasmus+ traineeship program (Gruppo Montenegro will provide extra reimbursement)
Duration: March 2024- June 2024 (flexible).
