Learning Objectives
Capacity building of critical reflection on the world of law through the disciplinary traditions - natural law , legal positivism , legal theories antiformaliste - converging in contemporary philosophy of law .
Program
The three great streams of legal philosophy: natural law, legal positivism, theories antiformalist. Reading and commentary of texts: thought greek - Roman, Christian thought, modern natural law theory and twentieth century, legal positivism, anti-formalism and legal realism.
Reflection of Norberto Bobbio on the pure doctrine of the right of Hans Kelsen: the close connection between theory and theory of the standard order, the fundamental norm, the function of the rules, the connection between law and metagiurisprudenza, the link between law and power, the ideological substratum of the pure theory of law.
Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Knowledge and understanding of the historical and legal sectors and of the principles of philosophical and legal basis .
Basic knowledge of the historical periods and areas of thought reference .

- Assessment
Written test, not mandatory , the first part of the program, to be held in early December 2015, and subsequent oral examination on the second part.
Optional subjects, the examination will be entirely oral.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
