The course gives you the tools for knowledge, comprehension, application and evaluation of Offences in General (book I of the Penal Code)

- Assessment
Written and oral test.
N.B. Attending students will be able to attend a pre-appeal at the end of the course.
Based on the best vote of the test, will be selected five students. They will be able to take part in a workgroup for 10 new entries in the category "Law" on the project WikiLex of Wikipedia. Wikipedia is "an online encyclopedia, multilingual, free-content, written collaboratively by volunteers and supported by the Wikimedia Foundation, a non-profit organization" (http://it.wikipedia.org). Joining the project will entitle to CFU ex art. 10/1 letter. f D.M. 509/1999 and for assigning of degree thesis on criminal law issues.
- Disabilità e DSA
Le studentesse e gli studenti che hanno registrato la certificazione di disabilità o la certificazione di DSA presso l'Ufficio Inclusione e diritto allo studio, possono chiedere di utilizzare le mappe concettuali (per parole chiave) durante la prova di esame.
