Learning Objectives
Giving an accurate knowledge about the legal status of the foreigners in the Italian legislation
Program
The object of the study are the rules that regulate the legal status of the foreigners, with particular reference to the current law, D.lgs 286/1998, and relative technical standard for implementation, as well as the legislation about the circulation of European people (D.lgs 30/2007) and about obtaining the Italian citizenship

The ability of analyzing and investigating through the different juridical models (rules, jurisprudence, interpretation and practice)

Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
