Learning Objectives
The course aims to introduce the students to the main topics of the Medieval and Early Modern Law, through the exam of the current case-law of San Marino.

- a) Historical Introduction and analysis of the main aspects of classic common law age (XII-XV century)
- b) Analysis of twelve judgments of the San Marino Court, that still applied the principles of the old Ius Commune:

The twelve judgments of the San Marino Court. For the attending students, it will be indicated in class the parties of the manuals to omit and to integrate with personal notes.
The teacher doesn’t use the Moodle platform.

Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
