Learning Objectives
The course aims to analyze the relationship between psychology and law and arguments of greatest scientific collaboration and expert, both as part of the child (abuse, custody of children in cases of separation, etc.) And in the adult (eligibility, psychic damage, etc.).
During the lectures will be organized meetings with some operators (judges, expert witnesses, prison operators), as well as the cases discussed.

5. The separation and divorce of the spouses and the custody of children

In relation to the Forensic Psychology students must show possession:
- Mastery of the knowledge of specialized disciplines;
- The understanding of the advanced concepts of the discipline;
