Learning Objectives
The course aims to provide theoretical tools on a historical basis for a critical approach to understanding the relationship between law, institutions and the economy in the global integration of markets and sets out the requirements and legal mechanisms of operation and balance of markets with a key of legal reading the plot of interdependencies between rules, institutions and economic structures

The law graduate who has supported the Examination of Economic Law has: - in-depth knowledge of the fundamental rules of the law of the economy, of the rules on competition in the matter of limiting State aid to national economies in accordance with Community regulations - ability to understand the purposes, contexts and consequences of the economic policies implemented in application of the directives themselves. - the ability to find and use European sources, including through databases
making judgements interpretative capacity, casework analysis and qualification of the relationship between factualities and legal cases so that they can identify, represent and solve problems related to European competition issues and anti-money laundering legislation
communication skills
a clear and effective communication capability, thanks to a good command of the technical vocabulary and the topics discussed during the course. The teaching methods with which these results will be achieved will be: frontal lessons, and interventions by banking / politic. The course develops and deepens the knowledge gained during the previous years on important legal aspects, rules and rules at national and community level for the application of European standards of intervention in the economy

he ability to understand public intervention in the economy by the state and the European Union,The course is also intended to provide students with the normative sources and information that in their professional duties they are able to advocate economic intervention by private operators as part of the knowledge of European legislation,

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment
- Teaching
The course will take place in the First Semester and will consist of frontal lessons and in-depth seminars.
Within the course (9 ECU 54 hours), a minimum of 4 hours will be devoted to the study of the case law on the application of European directives in the relevant economic sectors of the national economy with analysis of economic cases

Examination consists of two parts: one written and one oral.
At oral examination only if you pass the written test with a minimum score of 9 correct answers, the oral examination will take place immediately after the writing. The written test consists of 15 multiple-choice questions on all the subjects of the Course; the written test lasts ½ hour; the correction of the work takes place immediately after the end of the test; therefore the result is read in the classroom to the candidates; the outcome of the test is a score equivalent to two points for the correct answer. The written test is thirty-one, with the following graduation: 9 exact answers = 18; 10 correct answers = 20, 11 correct answers = 22; 12 correct answers = 24; 13 correct answers = 26; 14 correct answers = 28 15 correct answers = 30
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
