Learning Objectives
The Aim of this course is to introduce the student in the essential knowledge of Italian Private Law.
Bridging Courses
It seems to be useful to learn Private Law first, and afterwards other branches of Italian Law.

Students will be enabled to obtain a basic knowledge of the most important principles and constructions of Italian Private Law and it's application.
