Alternatively, students who do not want or can not attend the seminar can support, during ordinary exams, an application test on financial functions in Excel. This semi-structured test examines and verifies the applied knowledge of the use of financial functions of the Excel Spreadsheet in business applica- tion relating to finance, and in particular the assessment of the convenience of alternative investment or financing operations, cost or of the actual return on financial transactions, or in the computerized formulation of loan amortization plans according to the French method.
