The course is divided into three thematic modules: MODULE I-ELEMENTS OF PRIVATE LAW; MODULE II - ELEMENTS OF SPORT LAW; MODULE III - ASSOCIATIONS AND AMATEUR SPORTS SOCIETIES. The course aims to provide the student with the knowledge of the institutional elements of private law, which are indispensable for a subsequent full understanding of the more specific aspects of sports law and sports associations in particular; the knowledge of the essential profiles of the national and international movement order; as well as a specific thematic in-depth study, and relative mastery by the student, regarding amateur sports clubs and associations.

The student must demonstrate the acquisition of institutional knowledge related to PRIVATE LAW ELEMENTS; to the ELEMENTS OF SPORT LAW and to the dicsicplina of the ASSOCIATIONS AND OF THE DILETTANTISTIC SPORTING SOCIETIES.
