Learning Objectives
The course aims to offer students a general background on the procedures that the subjects of public administration must be observed for the identification of their contractor.
Particular attention is paid to the underlying values ??to compliance with public procedures . In particular, the aim of the course is to identify in the internal legal order and Community context, the effects of the compliance with the general principles of publicity , transparency, non -discrimination and competition.
The analysis will focus on the relationship between the growth of the business fabric and the observance of these standards.
The individual public procedures will be analyzed with reference to the general principles inspired by the distribution of income in terms of sociality and services.
