Notes
The focus on pronunciation is primarily to prepare students for the dictation test at B2 level (around 150 words) with simple and complex sentences.
In the first term the course focuses on providing students with a sound grammatical preparation at B2 level with an examination of complex sentences and the use of various temporal expressions through exercises and newspaper articles.
Pronunciation is looked at more closely in context and examining particular features.
In the second term focus will be on practice activities aimed at writing skills for instance dictation and specific writing for the business sector.
Non-ttending students are invited to arrange a meeting with the teacher during reception hours.
B2 Grammar items included in the Common European Framework for languages can be found on Blended.uniurb.it in the introduction.
