Learning Objectives

The course is aimed at acquiring the fundamental theoretical, methodological and didactic principles of the major team sports with a scientific point of view with the help of advanced technologies dedicated to sports. The course also aims at mastering the concepts and procedures that characterize the professional structure of the discipline. Knowledge of the founding theories and of the design methods of the method also constitute essential training elements for the exercise of professionalism.

Program

Review of the basic preparation to establish the starting level.

- Technical, didactic and methodological aspects for the construction, revision of the high level training project, optimization.

-Use of professional working methods:

use of match strategy planning

screening plan (SFP)

training construction

technical and educational progression in relation to the metabolic request, physiological curve of training

correlation between athletic preparation and technical preparation

conducting training from a psycho-attitudinal point of view

variation in the use of the exercises

- Educational value of the various game modes:

normal / intense training

matches, scrimmage

tournament matches

high level competitive matches

games that count in the standings

- Methods of educational progression:

various execution speeds

growing work difficulties

execution at real speed and conditions

- Professional work monitoring: the MAS

-Taxonomies of learning by levels:

training construction

educational programming

- Study groups

from the under 17 to under 20 in basketball as an example of job differentiation by age.

-use of specific scientific methodologies and technologies.

Assessment

Oral examination for a complete verification of the knowledge concerning the course, preceded by a written test lasting at least 60 minutes depending from the questions, to evaluate the knowledge of the first part of the proposed program, the mark will be expressed in thirtieths ..

Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.

To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
