Learning Objectives

The laboratory intends to:

- Provide students with the necessary tools to independently develop a proposal for teaching the mathematical logic connected and interacting with the theoretical teaching that takes into account the natural needs of the child in the various ages of the nursery and primary school

- Increase the knowledge of mathematics education

- Identify the training objectives appropriate to the age group and the discipline using the 2012 National Guidelines during the design phase, choice of skills, objectives, contents, hypothetical activities 2. Select the most suitable methodology according to the objective to be achieved. 3. To elaborate spiral paths and learning units for mathematical logic

Program

The Laboratory refers to the teaching of Logica-matematica and is centered on practical activities carried out through:

1. tasks of analyzing situations or case studies;

2. design of educational devices or tools;

3. production of artefacts or reflective works "

For all the deepening groups, the laboratory activity intends to analyze examples of didactic transposition addressed in the theoretical course of the course The aim of the laboratory is the research and active experimentation of good teaching practices. During the workshop some methodologies will be proposed to deal with the teaching of mathematics logic in the kindergarten and primary school in a competent and modern way. In this way, the objective of the integrated model proposed by the Degree Course in Primary Education Sciences will be outlined.

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it
