Learning Objectives
the course aims at giving a total knowledge concerning the law rules necessary to organize a sports event, with particular regards to the contracts and liabilities for managers and participants.
Particular attention will be dedicated to the examination of the legal decisions concerning the issues addressed.
Program
the sports italian system. Amateur and professional sport. sports contracts (duties and consequences of their breach). Liabilities for the breach of the sport contracts. Liabilities in the sports context; the consequences of the sports crimen; the liability of the managers plants managers, sports societies doctors experts in medicine of sport and trainers. The liabilities concerning the organizer of a sport event. the most important categories of damages. The insurance protection for the athletes and trainers. The sport at school: duties and liabilities. Mobbing. the rules concerning sports events.
Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Students must demonstrate to know the elementary skills concerning: national and international sports system; they must know how to organize a sports event also with regard to different liabilities. Students must demostrate to know the concepts analyzed during the course.
