Learning Objectives
The laboratory of "Legal-social intervention in individual and institutional settings" aims to give students the opportunity to analyze the specific settings of the intervention in the legal and social sphere both at the level of institutions (courts, prisons, institutions, communities, etc. .) and of individuals (relationships with lawyers, parties to the case, perpetrators and victims of crime, etc.)
During the workshop, the types of intervention and methodology will be framed, and some specific situations will be examined in depth both in the legal and penitentiary fields, and in the social sphere, such as the context of the emergency, the school, the psycho-social communities.
Program
The program provides an overview of the types of intervention, the theoretical-methodological study of some examples of intervention, the relationship with institutions or client subjects, the identification of the needs of the beneficiaries. Starting from the analysis of the intervention demand, the most suitable methodology and the methods of monitoring the results and effectiveness will be defined.
