Learning Objectives
The course aims to acquire methodological knowledge, interdisciplinary teaching through adequate practical-operational experience implemented in the mountain environment in implementing educational projects for different user groups related to winter sports, mountain education in compliance with the environment, ecosystems. The course aims to acquire awareness in preventing injuries and risks associated with the mountain environment in motor and winter sports activities—skiing and mountain education for different users and age groups.
Program
To learn physical training, coordination, conditional skills, operational proposals for different user groups using various equipment, weights, free body, isotonic and cardiovascular machines.
To learn Coordination skills, dynamic balance, motor transference.
One of the aims is to Acquires the methods of the Didactic, methodological and logistical organization of groups, interdisciplinary work (physical and environmental education), acquisition of healthy and permanent habits of life, rules of conduct, knowledge of the rules, compliance with the rules and laws in force on mountain safety, for the prevention of injuries and accidents in the mountains.
Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Acquisition of basic techniques of one or more winter sports of your choice such as alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, hiking with snowshoes. Interaction with interdisciplinary works and knowledge where possible (visits to natural mountain parks, nature reserves, naturalistic oases, understanding of the mountain ecosystem's biotic, abiotic, and historical-anthropic factors).

Supporting Activities
Participation in the ski instruction week, knowing how to share moments of educational socialization, entertainment, respecting the rules, oneself and the environment.
Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment
- Attendance
Lessons: theoretical and practical preparatory classes held on-site and all lessons with ski instructors during the entire week of instruction and free or accompanied skiing exercises are mandatory.
