  • The applications of the Internet world
  • Hypertexts and hypermedia
  • Virtual communities and social networks
  • The languages ​​of the web
  • The databases
  • Use of mobile devices on the network (smartphones and tablets)
  • Telephony and data transmission over cellular networks
  • VoIP applications.
  • Open source technologies
  • Case studies

Bridging Courses

Although there are no formal prerequisites, for a better use of the training action it is recommended to follow up and obtain the suitability of IT skills.

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

The recommended reference text will be indicated at the beginning of the course.

It should be noted that the text will only cover a part of the study program. The remainder of the program will find coverage in the teaching material made available by the teacher on the Blended Learning platform, and consisting of: handouts, exercises, slides, scientific articles.

Assessment

The final assessment test is written or computerized and aimed at assessing the knowledge and understanding of the concepts presented in class, as well as their relative practical application to real cases.

The final assessment test may consist of tests (single choice, multiple or completion), questions with open answers or based on the resolution of simple case studies consistent with those analyzed during classroom lessons (and reported in the teaching material made available on the teaching site).
