Assessment

Possible written test (partial) and verification interview

The written test, with open answers, will be carried out during the semester dedicated to the lessons, in order to make a first assessment of the topics learned by the student in class. It will focus on the general discipline of social security law and will provide for different queries from student to student. After the end of the cycle of lessons will be held instead oral tests that, for those who have done the written test, will cover some issues of specific depth, while for others, will be dedicated to the verification of learning of the entire study program. The use of the two methods of verification, will allow, on the one hand, to verify the editorial skills of the student, as well as the acquired knowledge; on the other, to evaluate the acquisition and communication skills of the technical legal language and the overall preparation on the subject.

In particular, the expected learning outcomes will be evaluated through the formulation of three or more questions. Evaluation criteria and scores are determined according to the following scale:
• less than 18/30 - insufficient level: the candidate does not reach any of the learning outcomes foreseen at the point "knowledge and understanding skills";
