In relation to Adult Education the student must show possession:
- (Knowledge and Understanding) of the mastery of basic knowledge relating to the main theories of training and of "training" in the various educational fields.
- (Applying Knowledge and Understanding) of the ability to use knowledge and concepts to reflect in intersubjective terms in order to define perspectives for "training and defining orientation paths"
- (Making Judgments) of the autonomy of judgment or the aptitude to acquire information on which to exercise a personal and original criticism.
- (Communication Skills) of the ability to communicate in a clear and effective way knowledge, ideas, problems and solutions of the psychology of training to specialists and non-specialists. - (Learning Skills) of the aptitude to study and learn independently the knowledge and skills of the psychology of training.

- Assessment
Oral examination
Final assessment through an oral exam carried out on the dates of the official exams by a Commission chaired by the teacher in charge of the course.
The assessment test will consist of a test with questions on the concepts and theories of Adult Education, with questions related to the textbook and possibly also with questions to allow personal elaborations on the matter and connection, contextualization between contents, problems, in-depth methods in the course of studies.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
