Learning Objectives
The course aims to provide the necessary elements to understand the role of internal control aimed at reducing and managing risk with reference to the training and implementation of management decisions within public or private organisations.
The course provides the appropriate theoretical and quantitative tools for understanding risk management and internal control policies.
The course allows you to understand the reasons that led to the creation of particularly sought-after professional figures capable of providing expertise within complex organizations (e.g. banks).
The following topics will also be covered: Legislative Decree. 231/2001; Internal control system in the banking sector; IT security and privacy
Part of the course will be dedicated to the study of the organizational and management model that generates good practices in light of current legislation.
At the end of the course the student must be able to understand the main economic-legal issues that concern the importance of adequately managing risks and managing internal control.

1. The student must have acquired sufficient ability to use a critical approach to the legal phenomenon, demonstrating that they know how to move towards it with sufficient logical rigor: “knowledge and ability to understand”.
2. The student must be able to identify the reasons underlying the solution of the proposed legal cases: "applied knowledge and understanding".
3. The student must be able to recognize jurisprudential interpretative techniques even in a legally complex context: "autonomy of judgement".
4. The student must demonstrate that he has achieved adequate skills to use correct technical-legal language, suitable for describing the argumentative process: "communication skills".
5. The student will have to move independently in different study contexts, demonstrating that they possess the tools necessary for their autonomous cultural growth in the legal field: "ability to learn".

Oral exam, with at least three questions.
The evaluation criteria and relative scores out of thirty are determined according to the following scale:
less than 18: sufficient level of competence. The candidate does not achieve any of the learning outcomes foreseen in the point "knowledge and understanding"
18-20: sufficient level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes expected in the "knowledge and understanding" point.
21-23: fully sufficient level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes foreseen in the points "knowledge and understanding" and "applied knowledge and understanding".
24-26: good level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes set out in the "knowledge and understanding" points; "applied knowledge and understanding" and "independence of judgement".
27-29: very good level of competence. The candidate achieves the learning outcomes set out in the points "knowledge and understanding", "applied knowledge and understanding", "independence of judgement" and "communication skills".
30/30 cum laude: excellent level of competence. The candidate fully achieves the learning outcomes set out in the "knowledge and understanding" points; "applied knowledge and understanding"; "independence of judgement"; "communication skills" and "ability to learn".
- Disabilità e DSA
