Learning Objectives
The internship aims to provide students with the tools they need to make themselves autonomous in dealing with bibliographic research for the purposes of study and research. In addition, the oral presentation of a topic of interest, will allow students to exercise and improve their communication skills

Setting up and defining the bibliographic research and evaluating the sources – Dr. Andrea Del Bianco
a. Setting up and defining the bibliographic research also through the use of concept maps
b. Identify key concepts and express them in keywords
c. Know the types of bibliographic resources (monographs, periodicals, reviews, databases)
d. Evaluate bibliographic resources (especially online ones)
e. How to write a bibliography and citation styles

2. Identifying the correct bibliographic resources – Dr. Andrea Del Bianco

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
The student will have to be able to apply what has been learned by preparing an oral presentation on a topic that will be assigned to him/her and that will require research in specific databases. He/she will have to demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate international literature. The student will also have to practice his/her communication skills presenting his/her rresearch work to colleagues

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it
Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment

Frontal lessons and tutorials
- Attendance
Minimum mandatory attendance: 2/3 of total practice lessons. As for the practical activities, attendance is intended as the active participation in the lesson.
- Assessment
Following the front learning sections, the student will have to face a personal work in which he will put into practice what he has learned by deepening a topic of interest, agreed with the teacher. Each student will be required to present their research work orally, using the help of slides, in the presence of colleagues and the teacher on a day that will be established at the beginning of the internship activity.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
