Learning Objectives

To consolidate the image of one’s self through perception, knowledge, and awareness of the body. Non-verbal communication, body expressivity to control emotions (moods, images, ideas), feelings relating to others, and educational role-play for the whole development of the person.

Program

Workshop experience in teaching play. Floor exercises, exercises with both small and large equipment as well as non-coded, unusual, and improvised equipment. Motor combination, gymnastic workouts. Motor choreographies to music with different rhythms. Movement games. Construction of themed costumes and scenery using recycled material. Performances, dramatizations, and animations for different age groups. Manual activity using improvised material.

- Knowledge of disciplinary techniques and didactics;
- knowledge of the main elements of motor learning;
- planning and planning skills, teaching strategies, group management, verification, and evaluation.

- the ability to propose and evaluate organizational and didactic solutions through ateliers and laboratories.

- Ability to identify research methodologies suitable for different contexts;
- the ability to hypothesize designs, learning units, and lesson plans for different target users;
- ability to be able to deal with motor and/or didactic problems related to diversity.

- Know the techniques that can enhance communication, intellectual, and learning skills;
- know gymnastic terminology;
- the ability to read and interpret non-verbal communication;
- the ability to use different coded and makeshift material.

Learning skills

- Ability to critically analyze and evaluate lesson plans conducted in the school environment in their fundamental methodological aspects;
- the ability to research new educational-didactic-motor resources of an interdisciplinary nature.
