Learning Objectives
The course aims to provide the first rudiments of logic and philosophy of science. It is expected that in the end the student is able to formalize the simplest forms of declarative language and are able to evaluate simple scientific inferences .

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
Knowledge and understanding. Students are expected to know the fundamentals of logic and understand an elementary text of logic.
Applied knowledge and understanding. Students are expected to be able to recognize a fallacy and to formalize simple reasoning.
Autonomy of judgment. Students are expected to be able to distinguish vague and argumentatively incorrect speech from properly constructed speech.
Communication skills. Students are expected to be able to formulate correct arguments on the issues they deal with.
Ability to learn. Students are expected to be able to master more advanced logic manuals on their own.

The assessment will be oral, with a minimum of 4 questions. ISimple exercises will be proposed during and before the interview. The same for non attending students. ach question holds 8 points. To have 30L it is necessary to reach 31.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
