Learning Objectives

The course is divided into three thematic modules: MODULE I-ELEMENTS OF PRIVATE LAW; MODULE II - ELEMENTS OF SPORT LAW; MODULE III - ASSOCIATIONS AND AMATEUR SPORTS SOCIETIES. The course aims to provide the student with the knowledge of the institutional elements of private law, which are indispensable for a subsequent full understanding of the more specific aspects of sports law and sports associations in particular; the knowledge of the essential profiles of the national and international movement order; as well as a specific thematic in-depth study, and relative mastery by the student, regarding amateur sports clubs and associations.

MODULE II - ELEMENTS OF SPORT LAW Administrative Law of Sport; The national sports organization

MODULE III - ASSOCIATIONS AND AMATEUR SPORTS SOCIETIES Amateur sports associations, amateur sports clubs, register of amateur sports organizations, registers, accounting records and company books

The student must demonstrate the acquisition of institutional knowledge related to PRIVATE LAW ELEMENTS; to the ELEMENTS OF SPORT LAW and to the dicsicplina of the ASSOCIATIONS AND OF THE DILETTANTISTIC SPORTING SOCIETIES. The student must demonstrate knowledge of the institutional elements of private law, which are indispensable for a subsequent full understanding of the more specific aspects of sports law and sports associations in particular; the knowledge of the essential profiles of the national and international movement order; as well as a specific thematic in-depth study, and relative mastery by the student, regarding amateur sports clubs and associations The student must demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and theories covered in the course; must be able to analyze and interpret the practical cases related to the topics addressed during the course.

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

According to these criteria:

• less than 18/30 - insufficient level;
• 18-20 / 30 - sufficient level;
• 21-23 / 30 - level fully sufficient;
• 24-26 / 30 - good level;
• 27-29 / 30 - very good level;
• 30-30 and honors - excellent level

Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)

Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.

To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
