Learning Objectives
Texts and text types in business communication
The course intends to introduce the basic concepts and methods of the linguistics of texts and of conversation and to apply them to business communication. Some examples of types of texts (written and spoken) relevant in the communication of enterprises. The course will as well focus on the secifities of German business communication - also from a contrastive point of view.
