b) ability to apply knowledge and understanding, in particular: specific aptitude to apply the legal informatics principles; specific aptitude for recognizing and contextualising on a legal informatics point of view the nature and implications of the legal systems; ability to autonomously integrate their knowledge; aptitude to conceive and support personal opinions and to support on the argumentative level specific solutions to complex problems, especially of current relevance; ability to proceed with learning with autonomy and critical sense, capacity that the teacher will encourage throughout the teaching and will be subject to particularly careful evaluation during the examination.

d) communication skills, in particular: ability to describe and deepen the legal problems related to legal informatics; ability to illustrate the logical-legal paths that lead to the solution of the theoretical and applied problems posed; ability to convince and display arguments, even in contradiction with other subjects.

e) learning skills, in particular: ability and possession of the basic tools for the constant updating of their skills in this area; ability to understand the complexity of legal phenomena; ability to autonomously follow the evolution of the issues addressed and to deepen it using all the knowledge, even instrumental, necessary and acquired during the course of study.

Teaching Material

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

Supporting Activities

Upon request, the teacher will arrange individualized support activities.

At the end of the lessons, a self-assessment tool is made available by the student in the form of a test with closed or open questions, delivered using the blended platform. The self-assessment does not entail the attribution of any score for the purposes of the exam. These are checks aimed solely at self-testing the degree of progress in learning and detecting any gaps.

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment

Teaching

The course will take place in the second semester and will consist of: lectures; group work and drafting of written papers; oral presentations; participated lessons in which the presented works will be discussed.

Innovative teaching methods

The face-to-face teaching method will be enriched with individual and group exercises and in-depth studies, which students will carry out also using the University's Moodle platform. Some topics of the course will be treated following the practice of the "flipped lesson".
