Learning Objectives

The course aims to provide the necessary elements to understand the role of internal control aimed at reducing and managing risk with reference to the training and implementation of management decisions within public or private organisations.

The course provides the appropriate theoretical and quantitative tools for understanding risk management and internal control policies.

The course allows you to understand the reasons that led to the creation of particularly sought-after professional figures capable of providing expertise within complex organizations (e.g. banks).

The following topics will also be covered: Legislative Decree. 231/2001; Internal control system in the banking sector; IT security and privacy

Part of the course will be dedicated to the study of the organizational and management model that generates good practices in light of current legislation.

At the end of the course the student must be able to understand the main economic-legal issues that concern the importance of adequately managing risks and managing internal control.
