Learning Objectives

The course is aimed at acquiring the theoretical principles, major and fundamental teaching methods of team sport with a scientific point of view with the help of advanced technologies dedicated to sport. The course aims, at the mastery of the concepts and procedures that the professional structure of the discipline. Knowledge of the founding theories and practices of the method constitute essential training elements for the exercise of professionalism.

Program

Practical activity in the gym regarding techniques characterizing the subject in question, starting from a basic level, then a higher level, for a further refinement of the technical level. The practical part is explained and demonstrated to the student with appropriate teaching proposals, bringing together both the purely technical and tactical parts.

Not foreseen given the practical nature of the internships.

Application learning outcomes. The student must have:

Be able to design and carry out training sessions appropriate to the required level. Collect and interpret data in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method Achieve good communication skills with the athlete during a training session Have developed the necessary skills to create training strategies with a high degree of autonomy Qualitative surveys on real responses related to learning the various techniques proposed

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

Attendance

Minimum mandatory attendance: 2/3 of total practice lessons. As to the practical activities attendance is intended as the active participation to the lesson

Assessment

Delivery of documents concerning the construction and conduct of a team training session on a particular technical / tactical topic

Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)

Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.

To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
