The course aims to deepen the peculiarities of tumor cell metabolism and its dynamic interaction with the surrounding microenvironment. The main molecular pathways that regulate cell growth and survival in conditions of metabolic stress will be discussed, with particular attention to the influence of external factors such as nutrition and physical exercise. The goal is to provide an integrated view of the mechanisms underlying tumor progression and potential intervention strategies based on modifiable lifestyles.
