Themes
The level one Masters, “The Montessori Method in nurseries” is a one year course aimed at providing the scientific, historical and pedagogic training for Montessori method study and practices. The course aims to show some fundamental theoretical and methodological aspects of the set of educational principles and practices used in the Montessori world and to reflect on their critical transposition into the context of nursery schools. In particular, the level one Masters intends to promote the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills, using in-depth study of specific topics regarding the structure of a child's mind and neuro-physiological processes at the basis of learning, to practise teaching with the Montessori method in nurseries.
