Learning Objectives
Themes
As seen in Annex A1 of the cited agreement dated 26 January 2006, the Goals of Module A are as follows: 1. Acquisition of knowledge regarding general and specific legislation on hygiene and safety in the workplace, criteria and tools for the search for laws and technical regulations regarding specific problems. 2. Acquisition of knowledge on various subjects in the company prevention system, their tasks, responsibilities and the functions carried out by various bodies in charge of safeguarding workers’ health. 3. Acquisition of knowledge, in particular for legislation regarding risks and damage from work, prevention measures for eliminating or reducing them, methodological criteria for risk assessment, risk assessment document content, emergency management. 4. Acquisition of elements of knowledge regarding modes with which a company Prevention system can be organised and managed.
