Learning Objectives
Themes
The course aims to train healthcare managers required to fill roles as healthcare directors, administration managers and executive managers of healthcare professions. It provides the tools and techniques for the managerial process, mainly referring to the organisation and management of healthcare services, quality indicators in services connected with public healthcare, management of human resources and funding criteria and elements of budget and control. The course corresponds to 24 ECTS and includes 214 hours of classroom lessons. The Region then issues a level two managerial training certificate for healthcare directors, administration managers and executives of the healthcare professions.
