Themes
The course aims to provide students with the opportunity to develop transversal competence of teamwork, which is considered particularly relevant in professional in education, training, psychological, social and organizational contexts.
Course objectives
- The course aims at improving participants' ability to work in a group context, helping to create a collaborative climate in relation to different and specific professional contexts;
- using methodologies and tools that can foster team work;
- understanding different professional situations, understanding their specificities;
- listening, understanding colleagues, interlocutors;
- valorizing participation and contributions of the different team members;
- to modulate a communicative/behavioral style resulting from reading the context and the subjects with whom work is shared.
For this reason, the course will investigate both theoretically and operatively the psychological, relational and organizational aspects of team-work.
In these terms, through the course, the aim is to provide students with the opportunity to get to know and experiment in a laboratory form the skills pertaining to the mode of collaboration and team work in the school, educational, training, psychological and, in general, work spheres.

The course will have a duration of 16 hours, over 4 sessions.
The course is delivered online through the Zoom platform in the following manner: 4 sessions of 4 hours each, planning for each session a part of frontal lecture, on the theoretical aspects of the topic addressed, integrated by works and group activities of a laboratory nature.
