The news and the criteria of newsworthiness; The actors of the information process , the sources and the rule of "the five W"; How change the languages of the information; From Gutenberg to information online;  Writing technique, rules , settings and common errors;  The interview technique in various media;  Agency journalism and press offices;  Standards and codes of conduct;  The role of information: responsibilities and duties;  The simplicity of the news ;  Information in crisis situations ;  The print media in comparison with other media;  The search for truth in the facts.

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)

Students must achieve: 1. a basic understanding of the various journalism languages ​​and the various sources of information and news reports. 1.1. Students are awarded this basic knowledge by attending the lessons and the texts study . 2. Applying knowledge and understanding of the news and the criteria of newsworthiness. 2.1. Skills acquired through moments of exercise in class. 3. Capacity of judgment: the role of information, responsibilities and duties, the essentiality of the news, the information in crisis situations. 3.1. That judgment will be applied in comparison with the teacher in the classroom, during practice and in the preparation of the final exam. 4. Communication skills: Students are required to interact in the classroom through questions and short tutorials. 4.1. Skill practicing classroom exercises through writing technique, rules, settings and interview technique. 5. Ability to learn the various languages ​​of information and writing techniques 5.1. Ability to strengthen thanks to the argument with the teacher.
