Learning Objectives
The course will introduce the students to the concept of fundamental rights, by means of an interdisciplinary approach, both analytic ad historical. The students will approach civil and political rights in the context of globalization, first of all by means of the commentary of the UN Universal Declaration.

Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
The students will give precise definitions of the different categories of human rights. They will also be capable of describing the historical development of the ideologies, policies and systems of protection on which fundamental rights are based.

To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
