Learning Objectives

provides  students with  a complex range of variables to consider when and how developing training programs, particulary in the development of aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.

- training and adaptation; internal and external load; overtraing ;  load external and recovery\rest ;periodization;develop of Fitness aerobic, power, Velocity;Stifnnes; coordination ; motor learning and performance ;assestment af adaptation  and increaising performance .
