Learning Objectives
To stimulate the learning of comprehension and production skills of different types of scientific communication in the field of psychological disciplines. The main aim is to promote the knowledge socialization
Program
1. Definition and classification of different types of scientific communication
2. Scheme for an analysis of the contributions on scientific journals
3. Scheme for a written report on the analysis performed

- Knowledge and comprehensione of the objectives of a scienrtific communication
Making judgements
- Capacity of critival judgement valutazioen on the relevance of the topic of a scientific communication, on the correctness of used research methodologies, on the clarity and expression effectivenes

The teaching material prepared by the lecturer in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the lecturer specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

The laboratory attendance in mandatory for all hours foreseen (N=10)
The students have tu analyze some types of scientific communication (e.g. research article, theretical review) at their choise.
Moreover, they have to write a report on the analysis performed
At the end of the laboratory they will have to deliver a paper on the activity of critical analysis carried out

Study books are not required
- Assessment
The student will bve assessed of their report on the analysis of some scientific contributions
at their choice
Only a positive evaluation will assign the credits foreseen by the laboratory
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
