Learning Objectives
The third year focuses on mastering the Arabic language through topics regarding newspapers/ literature/ art/ music and biographies. Furthermore, special interest will be given to the sintax in order to provide the students with the main elements that will help them reach a good level in translation.
At the end of the third year, the students will reach the capacities of giving personal point of views and the knowledge of social linguistic varieties, written and oral, allowing them to reach level B1/B2 of the European Framework.
Program
During the third year the program focuses on articles from different Arabic newspapers/ breaking news/ politics/ art/ music/ biography of poets, singers, writers of the modern world.
Students will be provided with articles, they will have access to TV channels and documentaries, all online. They will also use the book they already have from the first and second year.

The teaching material prepared by the language assistant in addition to recommended textbooks (such as for instance slides, lecture notes, exercises, bibliography) and communications from the language assistant specific to the course can be found inside the Moodle platform › blended.uniurb.it

Articles and papers will be provided during the year since they are hard to find in libraries.
