Learning Objectives
The teaching aims at the acquisition by the student of the fundamental contents of philosophy dialectics, to the understanding of the problems that have constituted a matter of reflection and disputes in authors such as Jonas, Illich, Langer and their revival in the modern. It will also look for to stimulate as much as possible the critical ability of students towards the topics covered. Educational objectives will also be knowing how to use the language of philosophical research.
Program
The following points will be addressed: - The radical critique of the Western model of life - The convivial reconstruction - The degradation of the natural environment - The rediscovery of language - From catastrophe to crisis - Langer man of dialogue - The green virtues - Landscape, constitution and concrete in Salvatore Settis
Bridging Courses
Seminar discussions related to the topics covered. It will be possible to form small working groups aimed at the presentation in the classroom of a particular thesis proposed in the course.
Learning Achievements (Dublin Descriptors)
At the end of the course the student must basically demonstrate the ability to: - possess knowledge and ability to describe the topics covered in the course and reach an independent opinion - faculty of judgment and convincing interpretative hypotheses to determine autonomous guidelines, which will also prove useful in the professional field - the student must demonstrate that he has acquired sufficient communication skills to solve problems related to intersubjective relationships -and must also demonstrate the ability to learn independently.

Oral exam, seminar report, test with open questions at the end of the course, in order to evaluate the achievement of the objectives to be achieved, among these it should be remembered the possession of basic knowledge and the language of the philosophical discipline.
- Disability and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD)
Students who have registered their disability certification or SLD certification with the Inclusion and Right to Study Office can request to use conceptual maps (for keywords) during exams.
To this end, it is necessary to send the maps, two weeks before the exam date, to the course instructor, who will verify their compliance with the university guidelines and may request modifications.
