Learning Objectives
The main objective of the course is the acquisition of language knowledge and skills
level B2 of the CEFR. The students will be able to understand and analyse texts of various kinds, express their opinions on the basis of the proposed activities and will be able to carry out research and terminological analysis using a variety of different terminology.

Program
The course will focus on "lexiculture" (lexicology and lexicography). Students will be guided in their learning and metacognitive reflection in order to expand their lexical and cultural knowledge. The study of lexicology and lexicography, enriched by personal research, will aim at the knowledge and development of a particular approach to language study focused on "français venu d'ailleurs".

Teaching, Attendance, Course Books and Assessment
- Teaching
Classroom lectures on all course topics. Lessons will be enriched by exercises, written and oral tests, exposés. All lessons will be held in French. It will be the teacher's particular care to encourage the productive intervention of the students both by asking for clarifications and by expressing personal solutions/opinions. This intervention must be aimed at encouraging an active reception of the course content. All this will allow a considered acquisition of the contents themselves.
